کتوس رینگ KETOS ring چیست؟
سمپل و حلقه ایست از جنس استیل ضدزنگ که برای بررسی کار کرد کلی سیستم تست ذرات مغناطیسی استفاده می گردد. حلقه کتوس رینگ Ketos با قطر 5 اینچ قطر و ضخامت 0.875 اینچ با جنس استیل و یک عدد سوراخ به قطر ​ 1⅟4 اینچ ساخته شده که حاوی 12 عدد سوراخ بسیار کوچک به قطر 0.70 اینچ با فواصل مختلف می باشد.

Subject: Ketos Test Ring

Over the years there has been some confusion regarding the ketos ring. Prior to the issuance of
SAE AS5282 the manufacturing requirements were listed within ASTM E1444. Since the release
of AS5282, they have been removed and the only active manufacturing requirements of the ring
are listed in AS5282.
Our rings meet all current and inactive dimensional requirements that are associated with the
ring. Holes 10-12 are optional holes, we provide them.
The hardness requirement of AS5282 is 95 HRB maximum, our ring typically falls between 90
and 93 HRB. The superseded ASTM E1444 requirements were between 90 and 95.
The ring, previous and past specifications is manufactured from tool steel, 01 series or also
known as ketos. This is where the ketos ring and the tool steel ring name were derived from.
They are the same material.
Rings manufactured prior to 1998 and AS5282 may be accepted given they meet the
requirements of AS5282 Table 2 or Table A4.1 listed in ASTM E1444, these two tables are
identical.
The only difference between the manufacturing of these two specifications was the annealing
process after manufacturing. If you consider the tolerance of these processes you are able to meet
the superseded specifications and the current AS5282, our rings meet this requirement.
